Returns and exchanges
1. General conditions for returns
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
2. Return process
- Please contact our customer service at info@tijdajewelry.com and tell us your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for returning them.
- You will receive a return address from us.
3. Return costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend that you send your return shipment insured and with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
4. Refund
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used. This may take approximately 10 business days.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item was faulty or there was an error on our part.
5. Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Defective or faulty items
- If you have received a defective or faulty item, please contact our customer service immediately.
- We will provide you with return instructions and, if available, replace the defective item or refund your purchase price as quickly as possible.
