- We ship our products within Switzerland and to all European countries.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- The processing time for orders is usually 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping options and costs
Switzerland:
- Free Shipping
- Delivery time: 2-3 * working days
Europe:
- Shipping costs: EUR 6
- Free shipping on orders over EUR 80
- Delivery time: 5-7* working days
*The shipping times indicated are the usual delivery times estimated by our shipping partners. Holidays, strikes, errors in the post office or in the address provided, postal overload or unforeseeable events can delay delivery. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for a specific delivery date.
3. Shipment tracking- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.
- There are no customs fees for orders within Switzerland.
- For international deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient. Please contact your local customs authorities for information on possible costs.
- If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service immediately.
- Please keep the original packaging and the damaged item as we may need photos and additional information to process your claim.
